Their entire model is based on personalization—allowing you to turn virtually any image into a puzzle. I elected to upload a creation of my own, which I called “Floribund.” The process is simple, and the website makes it easy to navigate image resolution and dimension guidelines to ensure a quality result.

For image quality, the result largely depends on the quality of the image you provide, though the company offers guidance on recommended resolution. I used a 300 dpi image (3409px x 2567px) and found both the image on the box and the puzzle itself to be clear. PuzzleYOU also offers a selection of puzzles by various artists for those who prefer pre-made designs.

The 500 piece puzzle had thick, sturdy pieces akin to a Ravensburger puzzle, though with far less dust. The piece fit was very nice, and the resulting puzzle felt durable. I appreciated the low dust level and the fact that the box was sturdy with less wasted space.
I absolutely recommend their custom puzzle feature. You are getting a quality product that can turn any cherished memory into a fun, puzzling project.
