RoseArt has a long and winding history, originating as Rosebud Art Company in 1923. After changing hands over the decades, the brand was repurchased in 2021 by LaRose Industries (the parent company of Cra-Z-Art, started by a descendant of the founder). This storied brand offers budget-friendly puzzles, focusing on a wide variety of popular and classic images that are suitable for casual puzzle enthusiasts.

✋ Hands On Experience
I can’t express how much I loved this puzzle; the colors are so beautiful and the puzzle image itself has such depth.
I found the pieces to be thick enough (1.7 mm recycled paperboard) to hold together pretty well, though the fit is described as “snug-ish.” I noticed I didn’t need to move sections around during assembly, and instead puzzled it exactly where it lay. I loved the vivid colors and depth of the image so much that I’m considering preserving it to hang on my wall.
The pieces lock together reasonably well with the standard grid cut, and I didn’t experience any true false fits. The biggest challenge for me was the corners, which I happily sorted into their own pile to complete last! The finish is glossy, and the dust level is medium.
Pros and Cons
✅ Pros (The Experience & Quality)
Vibrant Imagery: Beautiful colors and depth in the artwork.

Unique Box: The 100th-anniversary telescoping box is a nice touch.
❌ Cons (Minor Imperfections)
Snug-ish Fit: Pieces are not secure enough to move large assembled sections.
Glossy Finish: Can cause glare under certain lighting conditions.
Medium Dust Level: Expect some dust upon opening.
💡 Final Thoughts: The Verdict
This was my first RoseArt puzzle, but it certainly won’t be my last. The quality is a solid option for casual puzzlers, and the overall enjoyment I got from assembling the beautiful image made it a strong winner in my book.
